OUTREACH & MISSIONS
From local, national, and international projects, Highland Valley UMC is reaching out to a world in need. The church in mission is a sign of God’s presence in the world. Highland Valley has always believed in and supported many local and worldwide missions as a way of sharing God’s love. We believe that we are each called to respond to God’s love by serving God’s people.
We invite you to put your faith into action, beginning in your neighborhood, community and extending throughout the world. In addition to collecting financial donations for various missions and agencies, there are several opportunities for “hands-on” experience.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
In addition to volunteerism in Ministry areas outside of the church, there are also several opportunities for involvement within the church and its programs.
