Highland Valley Youth, or E.D.G.E. (Extreme Discipleship for God Everywhere) as we call ourselves, are welcome, alive, growing, and on fire at our church! Serving, teaching, learning, praying, singing, laughing, playing, jamming, hoopin', or screaming.we are always seeking to be one in Christ.to know Him more, to love more.

Kurt and Rebecca Boggan - Highland Valley UMC Academic Scholarship
Applications are available for the Boggan Scholarship to be awarded on Youth Sunday. The scholarship recognizes a graduating high school senior for their leadership and commitment to Highland Valley UMC in support and encouragement for their first year of college. The scholarship awards $500 towards books and supplies for the freshman year of college. Applications are available on the church website and at the Youth Booth in the Family Life Center and must be submitted by March 31. Applicants must be a member of HVUMC with a minimum 2.75 GPA, be enrolling in a four-year program, have been active in the Youth Ministry, and exhibit leadership with other youth. The recipient will be announced during morning worship on Youth Sunday.
